The Chinese quarrying equipment industry has achieved a systematic transition from 'extensive mining' to an 'intelligent green' system in the past decade, driven by technological integration, policy pressure, and global market expansion. Leading enterprises such as Sany Heavy Industry and Zoomlion Heavy Industry are promoting the comprehensive intelligence of core equipment such as crushers, screening machines, and sand making machines, integrating 5G private networks and digital twin platforms to achieve unmanned mining truck cluster scheduling, remote control of electric shovels, and AI scheduling systems for collaborative operations. This has increased operational efficiency by over 80% and reduced manual intervention rates by 70%. The General Principles for the Evaluation of Green Mines (GB/T 44823-2024) will be implemented from February 2025, requiring mandatory dust emissions of ≤ 10mg/m ³, comprehensive utilization rate of tailings of ≥ 50%, and a 15% reduction in carbon emission intensity. This has forced the industry to popularize pulse bag dust removal, variable frequency energy-saving fans, and closed-loop water circulation systems, with dust capture efficiency reaching 99.9%. The export of the industry continues to expand. Relying on the infrastructure demand of the 'the Belt and Road', domestic quarrying equipment is sold to Kazakhstan, Southeast Asia, Latin America and other regions. In 2025, China's export of construction machinery will reach 59 billion dollars, of which the proportion of quarrying equipment will significantly increase, and Sany's overseas revenue will account for more than 60%, reshaping the global mid and high-end market pattern.
